Champagne Pierre Gimonnet & Fils

Champagne Pierre Gimonnet & Fils (Champagne Gimonnet) is one of the two or three most prominent and recognized family producers in Champagne, belonging to a category known as Champagne Growers: they are family-owned, using only their own family's grapes, and their scale is much smaller compared to big houses. Nestled in the heart of the renowned Côte des Blancs region in France, stretching over 29.40 hectares, Champagne Gimonnet boasts a rich heritage dating back to 1750. They proudly own the finest, the best land in the entire Champagne region: including 13 ha of Premiers Cru and 12 ha of Grand Cru vineyards exclusively located in the Côte des Blancs. With 100% of their products being single estates, home-grown, they are considered as the “interpreters of the land”. Champagne Gimonnet is synonymous with the great Chardonnays of the Cote-des-Blancs and Blanc de Blancs – the true signature of the House, with the highest possible purity, freshness, depth, balance and is sought after by connoisseurs and fine dining establishments. Preferring harmony to intensity is an essential aspect of their champagne production. Identity Champagnes, wines with huge personalities and elegant style, the great Chardonnays of the Pierre Gimonnet & Fils House enjoy growing success in export markets, with approximately 70% of production being exported to 42 different countries.
