Tasting note: The 2013 Domaine de l'Eglise has a smudged, earthy and blackberry-scented bouquet with a faint rose petal scent emerging with time. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp acidity, energetic in the mouth if quite rudimental in terms of complexity. The acidity lends this Pomerol sufficient joie de vivre to give 5-8 years of drinking pleasure.
