Tasting note: Chateau du Levant has a concentrated bouquet of dried apricot, almonds, honey, acacia flowers, and peach/apricot aromas. The palate is medium-bodied, viscous on the entry, fine botrytis with a well balanced with sweetness and fresh acidity, ripe pine-apple and mango, very precise, intense finish of mandarin, white peach, flowers. Good length.
