Tasting Notes: The robe is ruby, the nose is full of fruits, cherry and blackcurrant slightly minty, with a soft tannin structure a touch spicy.

Serving suggestion: Serve at 17° degrees Celsius. It can be paired with various dishes, lighter meats, red meat, venison veal, deer, turkey, cheese and some desserts, also pizza and pasta.
