Tasting note:

Appearance: A lychee color robe with purple reflections. Nose: Intense nose, playing with white floral and exotic fruit notes. Palate: In the mouth, the first impression is fresh and round, supported by the delicacy of the citrus fruit (guava, grapefruit...). A great lingering in the end.

Winery introduction:

Chateau Gassier is located in the heart of the Cru Sainte Victoire terroir of the Côtes de Provence appellation. The 40 hectares of organically grown vines are surrounded to the north by Mont Sainte Victoire, to the south by the Sainte Baume Massif and to the east by the Auréliens hills, forming a unique protective environment for the vineyard. It lies less than 30km from the Mediterranean Sea, in a semi-continental climate protected by the surrounding hills. This ideal environment offers perfect conditions for varieties such as Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino. Château Gassier, with a technical approach adapted to each terroir, produces rosé wines of great finesse, reaching a pinnacle with its iconic 946 cuvée.
