Tasting note: Château Laffitte Carcasset has a garnet color and the aromas are sour red fruits. On the palate, the wine is vegetal, light and relatively tannic. It is considered a wine of guard. Serve at room temperature. It will perfectly match red meats, game, hard pasta cheeses.

Winery Introduction: Located in the middle of the gravel plateau of Saint-Estèphe, Château Laffitte-Carcasset has been producing wine since 1790, when Mr. Joseph Laffitte, the king's attorney then, bought the estate and constituted the vineyard. In 1955, Viscount Pierre de Padirac acquired the property. Wine is aged in oak barrels during 12 months.
