100% white Grenache, aged 15 years in oak vats.
Vinification : After pressing and racking, the alcoholic fermentation is temperature controlled at 18° and stopped during its liquid phase by adding neutral alcohol in mid-fermentation.
Maturing : The wine is matured for 15 years in old oak vats to ensure correct oxidisation, after which it is bottled and stocked in air conditioned cellars.
A historic and family estate in the heart of Rivesaltes since 1895. A terroir in the Agly Valley, in the foothills of the Corbières. Clay-limestone with some schistose materials as well as siliceous pebble. Soil perfectly suited for the production of high quality wines. More than 200 ha converted into organic and biodynamic culture (since 1997).
