The only Rivesaltes Grenat made from grapes from organic and bio-dynamic agriculture.
Vinification : Destemming followed by fermentation at 28°C. Fermentation is stopped during the solid phase half way through the process by adding neutral alcohol, whereupon the maceration continues for an extra fortnight.
Maturing : This wine is bottled within 12 months of the harvest and is stocked in air conditioned cellars.

A historic and family estate in the heart of Rivesaltes since 1895. A terroir in the Agly Valley, in the foothills of the Corbières. Clay-limestone with some schistose materials as well as siliceous pebble. Soil perfectly suited for the production of high quality wines. More than 200 ha converted into organic and biodynamic culture (since 1997).
