Due Palme Angelini
Product details
Tasting note:
Wine obtained from Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes, hand-picked in the second decade of September and fermented into horizontal rotating steel tanks with selected yeasts. Maceration on the skins lasts for 8 days. The wine is then racked into French oak barriques where it matures for 6 months. After fully carrying out the malolactic fermentation, the wine decants in stainless steel vats prior to bottling. Rich red wine with aromas of vanilla, dark fruits, spice tinged plum conserve flavors and exceptionally full, ripe and smooth on the palate. Balsamic finish.
