White & Grey Grenache
Vines on schistose terraces and slopes, worked by hand facing the Mediterranean sea. Harvested by hand early in the morning to preserve all the aromas and first sorting to keep the best grapes. The alcoholic fermentation is done in barrels (<5%), in “eggs” tank and in steel tank. Iodine notes are the signature of this elegant and mineral wine and reveals its unique terroir.
A historic and family estate in the heart of Rivesaltes since 1895. A terroir in the Agly Valley, in the foothills of the Corbières. Clay-limestone with some schistose materials as well as siliceous pebble. Soil perfectly suited for the production of high quality wines. More than 200 ha converted into organic and biodynamic culture (since 1997).
