This whisky comes across honey-sweet, with orchard fruits, vanilla and roasted breakfast cereal flavors. There's a faint taste of charcoal in the finish suggesting at least some of the blend was aged in ex-bourbon barrels. It's kind of like a rom-com of a whisky - not terribly interesting or complex, but does the trick for entertainment purposes, especially considering the price point
