Part of the shooting took place in our Domaine Long-Depaquit in Chablis.

Monopole of Domaine Long-Depaquit, “La Moutonne” is a vineyard nestled in a natural amphitheater at the heart of the Grand Cru sector of Chablis. With its south/south-eastern exposure and a steep slope of almost 40%, this vineyard is protected from north winds. Its shape and ideal location make it a natural solar receptor, giving it a unique wine.

Domaines Albert Bichot is a leading family-owned and -run negociant house and estate owner in Burgundy, formed in 1831 and now based in the town of Beaune. The company owns more than 100 hectares (247 acres) of sustainably farmed vineyards, divided among six estates. In North of the Côte d'Or, in Chablis, Château Long-Depaquit controls the Grand Cru Monopole La Moutone.

In 2019 Albert Bichot was honored to be given the Len Evans Trophy which recognizes excellence and consistency at the IWC over a five-year period.
