Product details

Tasting note: Very pale straw yellow and fine, persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The dry, soft and flavorsome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.

Pairing: An excellent aperitif to accompany savories. Ideal with marinated fish and herb-based first courses.

Winery introduction:

Prosecco is a typical wine of the Veneto region. The production area extends in the province of Treviso in the DOC area of Prosecco including the hills of morainic origin and the plain with medium-textured soils of alluvial origin.

A sparkling jewel protected by the hills of Marca Trevigiana. Villa Sandi is a Palladian style masterpiece dating back to 1622. It is today the headquarters of the wine company. The Villa rises from a fertile countryside in which fields and farms, nowadays as well as in the past, pay homage to the local history. A vibrant stage in which nature and architecture live in total harmony together, place of delight and headquarters, the complex of Villa Sandi is an enchanting estate where man and environment are in perfect symbiosis.
