Product details

Tasting note: Very pale straw yellow and fine, persistent perlage. Intensely fruity aroma with clear hints of ripe golden apple. A pleasant and elegant flowery sensation reminiscent of acacia flowers. Fresh, slightly sweetish and soft to the palate and flavoursome on the back of the tongue; an agreeably fruity and harmonious finish.

Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with fish marinated with delicate aromatic herbs and herb-based first courses.

Winery introduction:

A sparkling jewel protected by the hills of Marca Trevigiana. Villa Sandi is a Palladian-style masterpiece dating back to 1622. It is today the headquarters of the wine company. The Villa rises from a fertile countryside in which fields and farms, nowadays as well as in the past, pay homage to the local history. A vibrant stage in which nature and architecture live in total harmony together, place of delight and headquarters, the complex of Villa Sandi is an enchanting estate where man and environment are in perfect symbiosis.
