Tasting note: Very pale straw yellow and fine, persistent perlage. Intensely fruity aroma with clear hints of ripe golden apple. A pleasant and elegant flowery sensation reminiscent of acacia flowers. Fresh, slightly sweetish and soft to the palate and flavoursome on the back of the tongue; an agreeably fruity and harmonious finish.
Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with fish marinated with delicate aromatic herbs and herb-based first courses.
Winery introduction:
A sparkling jewel protected by the hills of Marca Trevigiana. Villa Sandi is a Palladian-style masterpiece dating back to 1622. It is today the headquarters of the wine company. The Villa rises from a fertile countryside in which fields and farms, nowadays as well as in the past, pay homage to the local history.
