Tasting note:

N N° Quatre-vingt-deux displays a harmonious pale-pink hue with a lovely pearly sheen and a steady stream of fine bubbles. The nose, dominated by intense notes of red fruit (strawberries and raspberries), points to a hospitable and precise wine which, on entry to the palate, shows itself to be well-honed and crisp. The Pinot Noir, a grape that provides vinosity, has produced a gastronomic Crémant de Bourgogne, perfect for wine connoisseurs.

Winery introduction:

With around 180 hectares spread over 22 communes, from Mancey in the North to Azé in the South, we have been creating a palette of the finest nuances of Burgundy with which to craft our wines for almost a century. Chardonnay is the predominant varietal with 133 hectares
planted, followed by Pinot Noir (32 hectares), Gamay (8 hectares) and a small amount of Aligoté. Over 100 wine-
growers work all year round on these ancient lands. It is the diversity of terroirs that gives our sparkling wines their power and their inimitable style. Thanks to the size of our vineyards dedicated to producing the Crémant base wines we can confidently claim to be the biggest producer of Crémant de Bourgogne.
