The Vignerons Ardéchois Les Classiques Gris de Cabernet has a bright, alluring pink hue with distinctive aromas of herbs, ripe pepper, subtle spices, and citrus fruits. On the palate, it offers a full-bodied, flavorful profile while maintaining freshness and vibrancy. A well-balanced, characterful, and captivating rosé.

Flowers and black raspberry scents are no effort to find, the wine is lush, polished, sweet, ripe and loaded with dark juicy plums, licorice, tobbacco and chocolate.
The colour is purple. On the nose this wine is seductive with sweet berries, violets, cherry, fresh plum. On the palate it shows its delicate and very elegant structure of the tannins with ripe fruit and the feminine elegance of Pomerol.
Vintage: 2015. Friendly plum and boysenberry coulis notes glide through, flanked by hints of anise and violet. Offers a fine-grained, incense-infused finish. Drink now through 2024. 3,000 cases made.
Vintage: 2011. The dark ruby/purple-tinged, juicy 2011 Domaine de l’Eglise offers up black currant, black cherry, incense and floral notes. Medium-bodied with good fruit and soft tannins, it is best drunk over the next 7-8 years.
