Tasting note: 

Intense and deep ruby red. Intense, complex, refined, concentrated, and fruity. Aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and berries stand out, accompanied by aromas of black fruits like cassis, blackberry, and plum, along with a variety of spices, primarily pepper and dill. Behind this wide range of fruits, notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, and coconut appear, contributed by aging in barrels and foudres.  Very balanced, with a good initial attack, pleasant acidity, and very fine, round, and well-integrated tannins. Mouth aromas such as red cherry and chocolate are prominent. It is a very elegant, fresh wine with a persistent finish
