Tasting note:

Deep red, violet tints. Very nice nose with red fruits aromas. The finale on spices (white pepper notes). A surprising and pleasant, round and elegant wine with small red fruits’ aromas.

Perfect with cold or grilled meats.

Winery introduction:

Terroir: Clay and chalky soils on hills covered with rolled-up pebbles.

Barrel fermentation between 5 and 7 days with temperature control. Pressing and scraping. Wine-making process in thermoregulated tanks.
