Tasting note: Appearance: A very clear rosé with shades of peach. Nose: Intense nose with delicate aromas of white flowers and white fruit (peach). A second nose unveils spicy notes as well as scents of clementine. Palate: The mouth is round with notes of citrus fruits and a slight and healthy final acidity.

Chateau Gassier is located in the heart of the Cru Sainte Victoire terroir of the Côtes de Provence appellation. The 40 hectares of organically grown vines are surrounded to the north by Mont Sainte Victoire, to the south by the Sainte Baume Massif and to the east by the Auréliens hills, forming a unique protective environment for the vineyard. It lies less than 30km from the Mediterranean Sea, in a semi-continental climate protected by the surrounding hills. This ideal environment offers perfect conditions for varieties such as Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino. Château Gassier, with a technical approach adapted to each terroir, produces rosé wines of great finesse, reaching a pinnacle with its iconic 946 cuvée.
