Bertani Amarone - A kind of wine that was fermented and matured more than it should have, reducing the amount of sweetness in the wine and transforming it into a dry wine.

The Bertani brothers were the first to discover this wine style, and invest time and enological research to improve the product, to the extent of making it into something truly excellent.

We're honored to have you at our dinner. Together we will immerse in the endless stories of this historical Amarone, paired with a unique menu created by Chef Summer Le.
