This champagne displays a shimmering, delicate pink-gold hue. The effervescence is fine, lively and steady and the ring of mousse, vibrant and joyful. Very expressive and seductive nose, with delicate aromas of black and red berries, uplifted by a fine touch of vanilla. The flavors on the palate match the aromas detected on the nose, with smooth, fresh, and fruity notes of strawberries, raspberries and red berries. The champagne displays a lovely tension within the aromatic palette without losing any of the vintage’s nobility, Highly seductive, and promising good cellar-aging potential, this champagne is a perfect balance between powerful aromas and fine structure.
