This champagne will seduce you from the first glance with its pure, pale gold hue and delicate green reflections, characteristic of the Chardonnay variety. On the nose, this Brut Blanc de Blancs is both intriguing and seductive. It offers an array of deliciously ripe aromas such as grapefruit, white peach and mirabelle plum interspersed with delicate notes of dried flowers. Lively and mineral on entry, the champagne is both elegant and dominant. The developmental curve on the palate is perfectly consistent with the aromatic expression found on the nose. On the palate, the champagne is simultaneously refined, distinguished and developed. It displays remarkable depth as well as good overall balance and offers up aromas of ripe white fruits combined with attractive notes of candied lemon. This gastronomic Blanc de Blancs has a rich, long-lingering finish and extremely good length (caudalies).
